What insurance do you take?
We accept all PPO insurance plans, but we do not accept Medi-Cal and Denti-Cal or HMO insurance plans at this time.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes we are, and we'd love to see your friends and family as well!
When can I get an appointment?
You can usually get an appointment within 24 hours especially if it's an emergency. If it is an emergency, we'll most likely see you the day you call.
Do you treat kids?
We do see children and suggest that their first dental appointment be at the age of 1.
Is your office clean?
We maintain a clean and sterile working space that is both warm and inviting.
Do you have to wait long once you arrive for your dental appointment?
Most of the time we are on schedule, which means we expect to see you at your designated appointment time. We don't want you to wait any more than you would have us wait for you to arrive. We value being on time. It is important to realize however that if there is a patient coming in for an emergency whether it is you or any of our patients, we do our best to accommodate them and ask for your kind consideration under these circumstances.
Is there a payment plan option for expensive dental work?
Regardless of the amount of dental work needed, a treatment plan consult is given to discuss your dental needs and treatment options which take into account your financial concerns. We do offer payment plans without interest for 3 months for patients of record. For longer payment plans, interest will be applied for up to one year. We also accept major credit cards. Finally, we use Care Credit and other third party payers, which issue you a dental credit card with up to one year of interest free financing (approval based on your credit).
Where are you located and how do I get there?
We are located at 696 E. Colorado Blvd. Ste 224 in Pasadena (91101) near the corner of El Molino Ave. and Colorado, across the street from the Laemmle Theatre and Vromans Bookstore. Parking for the building can be conveniently accessed through Green Street (one block south of Colorado) and is validated for 60 minutes. There is a lot to do in our building besides getting dental work so check out all the restaurants and small shops while you're here! |
